To attend CSASA-ACESA’s Congress 2025 meeting, attendees must pay both a Congress registration fee and a CSASA-ACESA Conference fee, both of which are paid directly to the Federation. The link to register and pay these fees can be found here.
All Congress Registrants who pay our fee to attend our meeting are welcome; Members of CSASA-ACESA receive a discounted rate for the CSASA-ACESA Conference fee—see details below.
To present at CSASA-ACESA’s annual meeting, presenters must be members and have paid the annual dues for 2025.
CSASA-ACESA Membership and Annual Dues
Membership dues support our affiliation with the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences and CSASA-ACESA’s participation in the annual Congress meeting. Membership also gives members a discounted rate for the CSASA-ACESA’s annual conference. These dues are to be paid directly to the association and can be done by contacting us at: csasa.acesa@gmail.com.
Regular membership dues for CSASA-ACESA (in CAD) are $70.00 annually; with the rate for retired colleagues, under waged colleagues, and students set at $35.00. To apply for an annual membership, please contact us at csasa.acesa@gmail.com with the following information:
- your name;
- academic affiliation;
- title or name of graduate supervisor;
- preferred contact information;
- and five key words to describe your South Asia-related research.
Congress 2025 Registration Fees
To attend Congress 2025, a conference registration fee must be paid to the Federation when you register here. These fees are set by Federation, depending on when they are purchased—the “early bird” rate is available until March 20th, 2025 (in CAD):
