The Canadian South Asian Studies Association/Association canadienne d’études sud-asiatiques (CSASA-ACESA) will have its Fifth Annual Meeting at York University in Toronto, Canada, from June 11-12, 2026. This year’s Annual Meeting is independently organized since the Canadian Federation for Social Sciences and Humanities will not be hosting Congress this year. This means that our meeting has a new fee structure and registration at Congress will not be required. If accepted to present at the Annual Meeting, please note that membership in the association is required and must be completed no later than February 15th, 2026.
CSASA-ACESA Conference Registration Fees:

CSASA-ACESA Membership and Annual Dues
Membership dues support our annual conference and gives members a discounted rate for the CSASA-ACESA’s annual conference. These dues are to be paid directly to the association and can be done by contacting us at csasa.acesa@gmail.com and sending your payment. Payments from Canadian bank accounts should be sent by Interac transfer to csasa.acesa@gmail.com; payments in any other currency should be sent to Paypal.me/andreafarran.
Regular membership dues for CSASA-ACESA (in CAD) are $70.00 annually; with the rate for retired colleagues, under waged colleagues, and students set at $35.00.
